DESCRIPTION – OIL TANK
It is a painted steel tank to collect oil or emulsion. Normally associated with centrifuges for storing the coolant recovered from the centrifugation process.
The tank is equipped with two pumps, a level sensor, several compartments each with its own exhaust and an inlet.
The pumps are used respectively for the continuous washing of the centrifuge and the revival of oil accumulated. The level sensor turn on and off the booster pump, while the wash pump runs continuously. The compartments are divided by metal sheet at different heights to fall down liquid and run as mechanical filter for sedimentation.
SUPPLY OF SERIES – OIL TANK
- Containment tank and lids;
- Wash pump of 0,15 kW;
- Recovery pump of 0,4 kW;
- Water level sensor;
- Coupling inlet tube curved for spiral pipe DN60.
OPTIONAL – OIL TANK
- Preparing the lid for applying magnetic filter;
- Application of a self-cleaning system that dredges the bottom’s tank;
- Electrical pannel control.
SPECIAL APPLICATION – DREDGE SYSTEM
It is an apparatus for keeping clean the tank. The system consists of a series of paddles that scrape the bottom, towed by a chain driven by a motor-gear. The slow motion of dredge-sludge makes the material scraped leaches the oil soaked. This system ca work continuously or can be timed for energy savings.
