Piece cleaning bench ideal for carrying out cleaning and blowing operations on the machined pieces. Equipped with an integrated suction system to suck up the mists produced during the cleaning operation.
The FAMA BPA parts cleaning bench is an accessory designed to accurately clean parts and tools using compressed air.
Compared to the BP version, this bench is equipped with an integrated independent suction system which sucks up the mists produced during the cleaning operations by blowing air on the pieces.
It is not necessary to connect the bench to the centralized suction system (*) since the contaminated air, after being sucked in, is filtered by means of a special filtering fabric cell and is re-introduced into the environment through a rear outlet.
The liquid recovered from filtration after decanting is collected at the bottom of the bench and can be discharged via the tap positioned in the lower part of the bench.
Suction is activated automatically when the blow gun is released.
The noise of the suction system is attenuated by a sound absorbing panel positioned in the upper part of the suction system.
Moving the cabin is easy thanks to the fixed and pivoting wheels with which the system is equipped.
* It is possible in any case to connect the bench to the centralized suction system.
