Vertical shredder with hydraulic motor for long and coiled metal swarfs. It is an even more powerful machine than the same version with electric motor so it can handle large quantities of chips or particularly tough swarfs. It can be installed both on treatment groups and used as a centralized shredding system. It is equipped with an automatic pieces ejector.
The TTC1000i shredder is a machine studied and designed to shred long and coiled metal shavings, of different shapes, compositions and characteristics. Thanks to the powerful hydraulic motor installed, this machine is suitable for processing particularly tough materials in quality and quantity.The chip loaded into the hopper is dismembered by a hooked arm which performs a pre-shredding and conveys the chip to the actual grinding point. The skein is thus shredded and discharged from the bottom. If there is a non-shreddable piece that interferes in the process, the machine automatically ejects it from a side drawer, controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. The unit is driven by a 30 kW hydraulic motor powered by an hydraulic control unit
