Costumized solutions for the treatment of processing waste
Compact groups for the treatment of metal shavings able to crush the shavings and separate the coolant. They are standard groups in which the dimensions are reduced thanks to the optimization of spaces.
They are offered in 4 different combinations.
The compact groups of the COMBI series consist of the combination of a TTC range shredder and an FC range centrifuge. They are treatment units suitable for swarf contained in small and medium-sized bins that are discharged into the shredder hopper. The long and coiled swarf, dirty with lubricant-coolant, is ground by the shredder and loaded into the centrifuge by means of a vane conveyor.The coolant recovered from the centrifuge is stored inside a collection tank. The unit is mounted on a palletised platform so that it can be moved more easily, with the exception of the centrifuge which is positioned on an external structure to facilitate positioning of the unloading trolleys. The unit is delivered ready for use as it is wired and complete with an electrical control panel.

The COMBI treatment groups are equipped with a PLC for the continuous monitoring of the parameters of the treatment cycle
