The efficiency and performance of a tool machine can be compromised in the absence of an adequate treatment and filtration system of the cooling lubricants. In particular, machines with a high technological value require a suitable filtration system to be exploited to their full potential.
The centralised system is required when it is necessary to work and produce with coolants free from chips, micro shavings and sludge. It consists of a customised tank on which self-cleaning filtration systems are installed.
The filtered cooling lubricant is recirculated to the machines with appropriate sized pumps.
