In Iskra ISD Group's business unit CNC Turning and Grinding we have more than 70 machines, all using oil to cool the cutting tool.

How to tackle this?

➡️  Fama srl specialized for processing of metal shavings and cutting oil. Metal chips get dryed and sold, oil filtered and returned to production site.

Solution:

• Swarf treatment group: Bin lifter, crusher, centrifuge

• Oil filtration system: Rotofilter
