Costumized solutions for the treatment of processing waste
Compact group for the separation of short metal chips from the coolant. It is a standard group with reduced dimensions for optimizing spaces in the factory.
The COLIBRÌ compact group is a centrifugation unit for short chips contained in small sized bins which are discharged inside the group via two side pockets.
The short chips, soaked in coolant, are loaded into the centrifuge by means of a pallet conveyor. The coolant recovered from the centrifuge is stored in the integrated self-cleaning collection tank.
If the chips contain pieces, it is possible to equip the COLIBRÌ with a sieve to protect the centrifuge.
COLIBRÌ is mounted on a palletized platform so as to be easily movable and is delivered already wired complete with electrical control panel and ready for use.
