Costumized solutions for the treatment of processing waste
Treatment groups customized according to the specific needs of the customer. They are composed of treatment, transport and storage devices combined with each other to solve problems related to the management of metal shavings.
The customized swarf treatment groups are designed and manufactured by combining two or more Fama treatment devices in order to meet the specific needs of the customer. They are the result of a preliminary study of the situation, of specific tests on the chips, of a careful and peculiar design that takes into consideration the available spaces, the aesthetics of the premises, the maintenance needs and, especially the goal to be achieved. The customized chip treatment groups can be installed on a palletized base or fixed to the floor and are equipped with an electrical panel, logo or PLC with software dedicated to managing the treatment cycle. In this case, it is possible to collect and send the required signals to the company management system or to have the remote assistance service as required by the Industry 4.0 plan.
